Eddy Brimson: film maker

Along side his book writing Eddy has made two feature length documentaries following the England National team.

In 2012 Eddy followed travelled out to the Euros In Poland and Ukraine and filmed the documentary,

SOME PEOPLE DON'T GET FOOTBALL, I DON'T GET THOSE PEOPLE

The film not only documents the tournament, but also the importance of football worldwide,

and it's place in society. The full film is available via the link below:

In 1998 Eddy travelled to the World Cup Finals in France which led to the release of:

TEARGAS & TANTRUMS

The video (as it was back then) went straight in at No 3 in the national video charts. This film became a cult classic as Eddy exposed the British Medias treatment of the English travelling support, by filming, and then releasing the footage of what really happened on the beach at Marseille. Footage that clearly proved how the British media cut footage to fit their own agenda.

The distributors, Carlton Entertainment (Who were at the time looking to take over Arsenal FC), then lost their nerve after The Mail (Owned at that time by Murduch, and looking to purchase Man Utd) branded the film a Hooligan documentary, and TEARGAS & TANTRUMS was pulled from the shelves.
